Normal Service Shall Resume Shortly!

I should have known when my son was struck down with a vomiting bug last week.

I really should have known when my daughter succumbed to it this week.

I know now. I’ve been hit with a rotten tummy bug which has derailed my Reading Ireland Month plans. I’d been doing so well, but am now two posts behind with no inclination of writing anything despite having three great books to tell you all about!

Normal Service should resume tomorrow….otherwise, Reading Ireland Month may stretch into April 😊

  1. Poor you! I’ve been struggling to read while having a tooth infection which resulted in root canal (!!!!!!) and I can sympathise. Hope you feel better soon, and if you extend Reading Ireland into April I might manage to squeeze in a Bowen! 🙂

  2. Oh, Boo! There’s not much worse than a stomach bug.
The good news is, because you’re in charge, you can stretch Reading Ireland month as long as you want!
I hope you’re feeling better soon!

  3. Oh dear, poor you – hope you’re feeling better by now. I had an accident out running yesterday and as a result can only read light fiction, it seems – maybe that’s the pain and painkillers talking.
