Well, what a month that was!

This is the first year that Rebecca and I decided to formally host Novellas in November and your response has been amazing!

At last count, 29 bloggers have taken part, publishing a total of 85 posts. You can check out all the links here on my announcement post here. If you have taken part and aren’t on the list, let me know in the comments and I’ll add you in.

A big thanks to everyone who took part and made this into a such a successful month.

We understand that November is a busy time in the blogging calendar so it was great to see so many taking the time to read and review some novellas and also merging challenges so that Nonfiction November, Australia Reading Month, German Literature Month and Margaret Atwood Reading Month were all covered too!

We’re already making plans for next year and exploring what worked and what we can adapt so I do hope there is the same level of interest if we host #NovNov again next year.

I really enjoyed taking part this year and the short nature of the books meant that I made a good dent in the 746, knocking another 12 off the list! My favourite, without a doubt, was Train Dreams by Denis Johnson, but I enjoyed all that I read, particularly the translated fiction.
